I have not used an A.I. pre-screener before. I see that my
typical style may be backward from the suggestive criteria that are
offered to be checked that would likely generate a reply. That is not an
excuse to ignore my email to silence. You could reply, that you don't
understand or be more simple in my text. Whatever.

I have special use technology tools that this A.I. pre-screener does
not account for. It assumes a private communication exchange and I
assume a different kind of communication channel that is actually
placed to be public index searchable. Because I can, I will, and I

[ Does this addressing frighten you? All it is (technology
speaking) the same logic creation as what is name tagging that is
internal to a social media platform such as on LinkedIn or Facebook.
However, on my technology, it represents technology tagging
outside of any internal social media platform and also does not allow
untagging to occur like on Facebook. That is all it

We
have a conspiracy that I know is exposed in the Ryan White Social
Service Agencies that is showing on Glassdoor can be proven to be origin
sourced occurring nationally, region to region to region. Don't
insult my intelligence and tell me that this discovery or exposure that
is showing on Glassdoor is not showing a conspiracy involved. More
specifically is the direct involvement of Colorado Health Network that
occurred in Denver against me also being reflectively confirmed by
Glassdoor reviews.
This being the second time occurrence that social service agency has
targeted me to their endgame agenda of eviction which I can prove
started all the way back to 2005.

This
matter is complex to understand, or at least from one who needs to
define it for someone who doesn't know there is a conspiracy [ a secret ]
that is working among the agencies.

again, who am I corresponding with? Someone innocent out of the
circle knowledge of this conspiracy or someone internal of it?
IT IS STILL HAPPENING AS OF APRIL 2018.
All
of those kinds of influences are involved in this conspiracy. I did not
write it up on Glassdoor, there is there is in detail of this system
scheme showing against
Cascade Aids Project. Here it is in lesser detailed order against
Desert Aids Project. Let's not forget
Colorado Aids Project
for which I suffered at their puppeteer second in top-tier leadership
control of that organization, it says it plain on Glassdoor by internal
employee review.
Those are just an introduction, and Foothill Aids Project is among this documented research.
If
you are internal of this conspiracy, this conspiracy needs to be broken
to restore social trust. For failure to return social trust back
to parameters that are worthy, leads to violence, murder, and mass
shootings among our society which governmental corruption is the source
of this conspiracy even if just one agency is a cumulative collective
effect against the social trust.
This situation is out of control and unacceptable to not address a corrective adaptive resolution.

Cons
Management
is hostile to the union represented staff. The organization only works
with a narrow part of the community yet markets something different to
look more comprehensive than it is. Much of upper management is
threatened by change, is conflict avoidant to the point of dysfunction
and is retaliatory when confronted. Often, people with poor skills are
promoted to leadership and this creates frustration and a
sense of unfairness highlighting backroom agreements meant to
undermine. Morale is dreadful. In the past few years most staff have
been fired, pressured to leave, or asked to work with compromised
ethics. Gay, black, HIV+, and trans identified staff have been
systematically marginalized. CAP treated HIV+ staff as second class
citizens, ignored client request for change, and silences critics. If
you go against CAP, even if justified, you will find it hard to work in
the HIV community in Portland. The board is completely distant from the
staff and the clients being served, and act condescending and unhelpful.
You would think if 50% of the staff leave in a few months time, it
might be a wake up call that there are big problems that can't be
dismissed as "disgruntled" staff. Since CAP is the only game in town for
HIV related needs, they have no checks and balances and no
accountability when they injure the community they are claiming they
serve.
Advice to Management
Stop
displaying images and raising money through deception. Admit you do not
serve the community at large and close your doors. CAP is not about HIV
anymore, it's about retaining jobs and keeping people working at the
expense of programing and directives that empower. If you want to be a
LGBTQ health center then so be it, but do not pretend you are helping
people living with HIV, because you are not. You are only
focusing on addicts and the mentally ill. Also, an LGBTQ health group
or HIV group with no gay or HIV+ leaders, or people of color managing
direct services means you will be just like any other colonized public
health care model that delivers incompetent care. The community does not
need public health zombies, we have them already. We also do not need
tokenized minorities to cover for the heteronormative, white, middle
class faux professionalism that is the root of the HIV pandemic to begin
with, and abundantly present in CAP management's ranks. There is a big
problem when the public adores you and your clients and the community
you claim to serve would rather go without then be at the mercy of a
place they distrust and dislike.
